EMC 2015 Logo Artwork for Your Ad Program
Royalty-free use of the EMC 2015 logo on your advertising and promotional material throughout the year to let your customers know you will be at EMC 2015 in Silicon Valley, California.
Monday and Thursday evenings have been identified as Hospitality Nights at the EMC 2015 Symposium. Any exhibitor that would like to host a hospitality suite on Monday or Thursday night can have their event promoted by EMC on the web, in the final program and by way of a flyer inserted into the attendee tote bags.
Tote Bag Promotional Item
Each exhibitor can place an imprinted advertising item of material value in the attendee tote bags. The last day for Tote Bag to be received is January 23, 2015. The Item must be approved by the EMC 2015 Committee. Further details will be forthcoming.
In order to be permitted to place a promotional item in the tote bag an exhibitor must supply at least one person to help stuff the tote bags.
Each exhibitor can provide an imprinted advertising item of gift value for our speakers. Gifts should have a value of $15 or more. Gift choice must be approved by the EMC 2015 Committee. Included will be a line listing on the EMC 2015 website and in the programs.

Advertising space on the EMC 2015 website is available. Ads will rotate randomly in these positions with each browser refresh. Ads will run throughout the symposium dates, and for a few months after the event.
Advance and Final Program advertising is a great way to make contact with the attendees. Advertising options vary from full page to business card size ads.
There will be numerous opportunities for company name or logo placement in prominent locations and events throughout the EMC 2015 venue. In late September 2014, you will receive a Sponsorship Opportunity Program. Within this information, you will be provided with a selection of locations or events that have co-sponsorship opportunities such as breaks, receptions, Gala or placement of company-specific banners in the Exhibit Hall and the Convention Center. Total up all your choices and get additional recognition as an Outstanding Benefactor of the EMC 2015 Symposium.
The Sponsorship Opportunity Program is an effective way of promoting and advertising your company’s support of the EMC 2015 Symposium across a wide variety of publications, events and social functions.

How to Order
The sooner you order the more money you save and the more exposure to our attendees your company will have. We have made the process simple; there is a one page “Exhibit Order Form” that includes payment to reserve your space for the EMC 2014 Symposium.
Date for Exhibit Allocation Based on Point Values
The last day for exhibit space allocation based on point values is Friday, December 19, 2014.
All exhibit spaces contracted out after Friday, December 19, 2014, will be based on availability.
Dates for Ordering Exhibit Space at Discount
Last day to order exhibit space at $2,700 per exhibit ($1,300 per table top) is Friday, September 12, 2014.
Last day to order exhibit space at $2,900 per exhibit ($1,500 per table top) is Friday, December 19, 2014.
Exhibit space order is $3,100 per exhibit ($1,700 per table top) after Friday, December 19, 2014.
A signed Exhibit Order Form and minimum 50% deposit must be received prior to the corresponding dates to get the respective discounts. All orders received after December 19, 2014 require full payment.
